Paid Time Off

BDF offers generous paid time off for all full-time team members. In addition to individual PTO, BDF offers nine paid holidays per year, plus the week between Christmas and New Years to spend with family and friends.

Sabbatical Program

In an effort to support the BDF team living a full life, eligible team members can take a four week paid sabbatical after every 5 years of full-time, continuous service with the firm.

Summer Hours

BDF follows a compressed work week between Memorial Day and Labor Day in order to end early on Fridays. All full-time team members are eligible for summer hours.

Full Life Benefits

Maternity/Paternity Leave

Eligible team members are allowed 12 weeks paid maternity or 3 weeks paid paternity leave to allow for bonding time upon the addition of a new child to the family.

Volunteer Day

Eligible team members will receive a full day annually to use for non-profit volunteering with an organization(s) that’s meaningful to them.


You can have your cake and eat it too – team members get their birthday off to spend time with family and friends.

Traditional Benefits


All full-time team members are eligible to participate in the group health insurance plan offered by BDF. The Firm pays a generous portion of the premium for both team members and their families. The Firm also provides term life insurance and short-term disability for the team. Additionally, team members may elect to join employee funded dental, vision, and long-term disabilities offered by BDF.

Profit Sharing

BDF provides a generous discretionary profit sharing program to all eligible team members. Certain guidelines and restrictions apply.

401K Plan

Eligible Team Members may to participate in the BDF 401(k) Plan.

Incentive Compensation Plan

BDF offers a generous Incentive Compensation Plan to each team member based upon both qualitative and quantitative measures.
