What inspired you to choose wealth management as a career?
I have always had a passion for helping others. In today’s world, people have many decisions to make regarding their money and future. These decisions require careful thought and consideration of many things, and I know that I can use my compassionate spirit to help those I am working with.
Where can we find you when you’re not working?
Family and friends mean everything to me. Spending time with them, and especially my nephew, Michael, is what I treasure the most. As a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan, you can usually find me in front of the T.V. or at the game cheering them on. I also enjoy exercising, reading, and traveling.
Who in your life has influenced your career choices?
My father was instrumental in my decision to change careers and enter the wealth management field. Also, my uncle and cousin were very influential to me in deciding to pursue my MBA. I would not be where I am today without their guidance, and I am grateful for their wisdom.
What do you enjoy most about being a part of the BDF team?
Everybody here puts clients first and is willing to go the extra mile for them. The impact one can have in financial planning and wealth management stretches beyond numbers on a page. Listening to the goals of clients and working to make them a reality is truly special, and the type of work that goes into having that type of impact makes being a part of the BDF team an incredible honor and opportunity.
Who are your role models?
My parents are an everyday example of selflessness, hard work, sacrifice, and unconditional love to me and my siblings. They have been a constant support system and guiding light for our family. I have admired them my whole life and I strive to be just like them.
