What inspired you to choose wealth management as a career?

I began my career in public accounting as an auditor for a mid-sized professional services firm.  After about four years, I decided it was time for a change.  I was in search for a career where I could apply my strength in business skills and numbers to make a difference on a more personal level.  From that moment on, I knew wealth management was where I wanted to be as I would be able to help individuals and families.

Why did you choose to be part of the BDF team?

The team culture and core values had the biggest influence on me joining the BDF team.  Everyone at the firm is extremely helpful, passionate about their career, and truly care about career and personal growth.

What does “Helping people enjoy a full life” mean to you?

To me, it means giving people peace of mind and reassuring them they are financially stable for the years to come.  There is nothing more gratifying than being involved in the process to find financial solutions, building the relationship, and then being able to stand with that client as they accomplish their financial goals.

Where can we find you when you’re not working?

When I am not working you can find me traveling to places I have never visited.  More commonly though, you can find me spending time with family and friends, golfing, or trying new restaurants around the City of Chicago.

Who are your role models?

My mother and father are the biggest role models and influencers in my life.  As very disciplined, but fair parents, they raised my brother and me to always do the right thing, work-hard, and care for others.
