Paid Time Off (PTO)
4 weeks paid time off which can be used for vacation, personal time off, and sick time. In addition, BDF offers nine paid holidays per year.

Paid Maternity & Paternity Leave
12 weeks paid maternity and 3 weeks paid paternity to care for a newborn.

Giving back and doing the right thing is very important at BDF. We encourage our Team to take a day off to give back to a non-profit organization of your choice.
End of Year Holidays
The BDF office is closed Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day placing value on family time.
BDF closes the offices at 1:00 on Fridays working a compressed workweek between Memorial and Labor Day.
Work from Anywhere
Because sometimes you just need to be at home to let the repair person in, BDF offers each team member WFA four times per month for role-specific positions.
Birthdays & Anniversary Celebrations
Your day is special to us too! We celebrate birthdays and anniversaries in the Bistro daily and celebrate your birthday lunch with our president.
Comfortable and casual Fridays allow us to dress “down” for the day, as appropriate.
We want our Team Members to have fun and represent their favorite non-BDF teams by wearing game attire on designated Sports Days!
Onsite and offsite social events building team camaraderie such as golfing, bowling, restaurants, wine bars, social clubs, and racing.
Breakfast in the BDF Bistro
The BDF Bistro brings in breakfast every Wednesday. A nice way to start the day together.
BDF recognizes the length of service by presenting qualifying Team Members with gifts of appreciation and by sponsoring social functions to honor Team Members.

- Standing Desks – Haven’t you heard? Sitting is the new smoking! We offer standing desk options to Team Members who want to use one.

Medical, Dental & Vision
BDF offers medical (PPO, HSA PPO and HMO), dental and vision care insurance for eligible Team Members effective their first day. BDF pays a generous portion of the medical plan.
Short and Long-Term Disability
BDF provides a short-term disability plan for all full-time Team Members. Long-term disability is voluntary.
Healthcare Savings Account (HSA)
An HSA is available for qualified Team Members electing the HSA medical plan. BDF also makes an annualized contribution of $500 or $1,000 for team member, or team member plus dependent(s), respectively to each HSA account.
Flexible Spending Account
BDF offers a Flexible Spending Account allowing team members to set aside pre-tax dollars for medical or dependent care in accordance with the IRS regulations
Life and AD&D
BDF provides $25,000 in life insurance and AD&D.
Voluntary Life and AD&D
Team members may purchase term life insurance for themselves, spouse and child(ren) based on plan design.
BDF offers a Safe Harbor Match 401k Plan matching dollar for dollar up to the first 3% of contributions, and 50% for the 4th and 5th percent contributed (maximum match is 4%).
On-Site Health Club Membership
Hamilton Lakes Athletic Club is located within the building complex, providing an upscale workout facility with classes, personal training and fitness equipment. The cost to Team Members is minimal.
Team Members are eligible for annual Incentive Compensation based upon the firm and individual performance.
